The chef of four-month-old Chinese restaurant Niu Noodle House is back in New York after having to return to China to straighten out his visa. The Greenwich Avenue restaurant has received some serious praise from early diners and will likely only get better now that their chef, Lo Lung Kit, who created the "Niu" noodle is back in the kitchen.
